Commercial Projects:
In the last several years, we have designed and developed multiple commercial projects all over Southern California Most notable are the Hip Hop School of Design in Pomona, CA and The Valley Animal Hospital in Rialto, CA. Residential Projects:
We spent a lot of our early careers working on residential and multifamily projects in Southern California, particularly in Pasadena, South Pasadena, San Marino, La Canada and surrounding cities. Notable projects were The Catalina Apartments orginially designed by R.M. Schindler in Silver Lake, and several high-end desings including a private, climate controled library for a rare book collector.
